We cordially invite you to apply to participate in the junior ice hockey practices in the purpose of preparing the Hong Kong Junior ice hockey team to participate in the future possible international men ice hockey competitions.
Applicants shall be:-
1. Male players born in 1994-1997
2. With advanced ice hockey skills (to be determined by HKIHA)
3. Have their own full set of ice hockey gear
4. Must hold valid HKSAR passport.
The practices schedule is as follow:
Date: Nov 5, 12, 19, 26; Dec 3
Time: 9:15pm-10:45pm
Venue: Sky Rink, Dragon Centre
There are total 5 practices, each 1.5 hours. A one-off entry fee of HK$800 is required for each participant which is non-refundable. If participant shall not be able to attend one or more practices, there will be no refund for those missing practices. Please reply to apply to participate in the practices. If you are the 1st time to apply in this year, please complete and submit the Entry Form by Saturday, 5 Nov 2011,. Entry fee shall be settled by a crossed cheque payable to “HongKong Ice Hockey Association Limited” or settle the fee by bank transfer. Please send us the receipt by email or fax (2504 8191) for confirmation.
